2. Accept the quote and agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
3. Print a prepaid shipping label and ship your printer(s) to our warehouse in Swanton, Vermont.
4. Receipt of your traded printer(s) will be confirmed via email.
5. Once inspected, you will receive a subsequent email confirming the trade-in value.
6. Place your order with the rebate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY*

• Rebates are applicable to the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
• Printers must be in working condition, able to "power on" and have a printhead.
• Rebates are offered at the sole discretion of the Aptika Trade-in and Recycle Program.
• We accept trade-in from companies only, no individuals.
• We accept any brands of ID card printers.
• Rebates vary between $25 and $500 depending on the printer model and conditions.
• Rebates can be applied to an order of a new ID card printer. One rebate per printer ordered.
• Trade-ins are available only to customers located in the US and Canada, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and the Territories.
