With the GEAR UP service, we are able to customize IDpack for your company's particular needs and help you to
make significant savings. Some of these needs might include:
- if you have a certain model of printer that IDpack doesn't currently support;
- if you need a special entry screen with more fields (Add/Edit Badge screen in IDpack Producer);
- if you need support for a magnetic stripe reader or finger print reader or other biometric device;
- if you want to use an encryption system;
- or any other particular function that may come up as you use IDpack.
Just ask and we will evaluate your request and get back to you with an estimate of the development
costs involved to produce your own GEAR UP version. In most cases, if we can add the feature that you request into the standard version of IDpack and then use it to the benefit of all our other clients, we will give you up to 75% discount on the development costs to keep the rights to its use. Many of the new features in this version were requested by clients, including the Dynamic Text Graphic Tool, Password Security, DYMO printer and the Date Tool, to name just a few.
We have added in certain features to IDpack as a result of requests from clients in Belgium,
Australia, the United States, Canada and elsewhere!

details of your special needs, including Web site links to hardware if needed,
possible examples and a complete description of the new feature(s) you require.
You should also state whether or not you are prepared to provide any hardware
that you wish to use in conjunction with IDpack (printers, cameras, other
external devices) for development purposes. For several of our existing clients,
the savings involved in creating a customized version of IDpack have been considerable.
